How can I access dealer pricing and discounts?

Once the application is submitted, our onboarding team will review and set up the business account. You will receive an activation email to set your own password and log in to the portal to see dealer price.

How can I get marketing materials and promotional support from ICECO Fridge?

We offer various marketing materials for all kinds of dealers and scenarios. Feel free to contact your sales representative and let us know your specific needs. We will make every effort to support your sales.

Can dealers get access to exclusive products or early releases?

Yes. We offer dealer exclusive colors and models with the same (if not better) quality and support. Authorized dealers can pre-order the styles and get marketing support from the ICECO team.

What are the advanced features of ICECO Fridge products that set them apart from competitors?
  • Design - ICECO is famous for its sleek design and functionality. We are constantly collecting market feedback from our customers to optimize existing product lines and develop new products.
  • Quality - We are aiming to provide the most reliable products. Each item has been through multiple quality assurance testings before leaving the manufacture. We also use the best compressor in our fridges (SECOP) and we offer a 5 year warranty on the compressor. 
  • Support - Our customer service team takes phone calls from 9am ET to 9pm PT. We are required to address customer’s issues within the same day.   • Cost-effective - We offer competitive prices with high end design, reliable quality products and excellent customer service. Our price is only ⅔ - sometimes even ½ of our competitor’s, and we have various programs to support our dealers - marketing materials, show support, etc.

What are the minimum purchase requirements for dealers?

There is no MOQ - we are aiming to service all sizes of customers. We offer drop ship to dealers who have limited storage or who want to serve a bigger region.

How does ICECO Fridge handle shipping and logistics for orders?

Drop ship - we partner with FedEx, UPS and USPS for ground shipping (SHOPIFY COLLECTIVE AVAILABLE).

We also offer LTL and FTL across the states for larger quantities of orders.

Normally it takes about 1-2 business days to process the order, depending on the shipping method, it normally takes about 3-7 business days to get to the customers. 

What is the lead time for custom orders or large-scale deployments?

Anything with customization will need to hit a certain MOQ. It normally takes about 9-12 weeks for production, and another 9-10 weeks for ocean freight and custom clearance. 

How can I track the status of my order?

Once you log in to the dealer portal, you will be redirected to your account page, there you will be able to see all the previous orders and the status of it. Otherwise, you can contact with us via email: Sales@iceco-us.com.

How does ICECO Fridge handle warranty claims and product replacements efficiently?

We offer competitive warranty to our customers - 5 year warranty on the SECOP compressor and 1 year warranty on the fridges. Our support team is dedicated to help the customers solve the issue so they can enjoy their adventure with cold drinks and frozen food prep.
