For customers from the following 10 states, a resale certificate with a valid seller's permit number is required. All other states and international customers must submit an appropriate business license and seller permit if available:

Orders
To procure products, please input all order information into the ICECO order template and forward it to us. Request the template from our sales team or designated sales representative for further guidance.
Catalogs
For catalogs, product information, and high-resolution images, kindly contact your sales representative or ICECO’s headquarters.
Sales Channels and Prices
Distribution of our products on any ecommerce platforms other than the official store website (e.g., eBay, Lowes, Amazon) is prohibited. Listing prices should not be lower than MSRP.
MAP Policy: The retail price must not be lower than 20% off MSRP.
Web Images and Video Authorization
All images and videos are copyright protected. Only approved ICECO entities are authorized to utilize our images and videos for promoting or selling our merchandise. The sole purpose of images and videos is to promote and showcase ICECO products. All other uses require direct written approval from ICECO. The use of our images to promote other businesses or websites is strictly prohibited.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, money order/cashier's check, and wire transfers. (Please note there might be a transaction fee associated with wire transfers.)
Credit terms and U.S. company checks are available solely for established and approved accounts. Kindly request a credit application from ICECO and allow 7–10 days for processing.
A $25 service charge applies to all returned checks.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our third-party warehouse facilities. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, with in-stock items usually shipped within 2-5 business days upon order placement or payment receipt. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST may be processed on the following business day. We offer various shipping methods including standard and freight (LTL), with costs varying based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Backorders
Unless notified of cancellation, any item not shipped with your order will be automatically backordered.

We offer a 12-month Local Warranty Service & 5 Years Compressor Warranty. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Claims and Return Authorizations
Sales are not guaranteed. Any claims for defects, discrepancies in item quality, or incorrect merchandise shipped must be reported within 15 days of goods receipt.
Returns are accepted solely due to manufacturer errors or defects. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for fridge products. Returns for in-store damage or worn items will not be accepted. When applicable, returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced. We will exchange returned merchandise or issue a Credit Memo for the value of the returned items.
Changes and Cancellations
Any modifications, cancellations, or returns due to customer reasons must be made before goods are shipped. If goods have already been shipped, all associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Packages
For returns resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer or unclaimed deliveries, the customer will be liable for both the return and re-delivery shipping costs, as well as any damages incurred during the process.
Cash Refunds
Please note, WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS.
